This place is the best.! I love seeing the ladies from the office, they are always helpful and friendly. I have noticed that the staff is excellent at maintaining the well-being of this business by walking around the property frequently. Parking is covered so I dont have to wet my belongings during transfers. The other renters are friendly. There are many dollies for moving large items and since it isnt that crowded, there has only been one time that they were out. It is so, so clean. The hallways are large and clear. I would definitely recommend to others looking for a storage unit.

I've been there a few times for uhual rentals and storage rental, and have been assisted by Patricia, she is customer service oriented, she is very friendly and helpful. She knows her job very well. Patricia is a very good asset to your company. I haven't had such a good customer service experience in a long time. I do have a complaint about the building I have a storage on the 3rd floor, and everytime I go there are roaches crawling everywhere, dont know if I would recommend the place. I wouldn't want to take them home, once you get roaches its hard to get rid of them.
